Description

Masuma hi-temp silicone gasket maker sealant is used for spot repairing and forming gaskets in the heat-loaded assemblies of the car. It is versatile and easy to use: it does not require high accuracy of application, the excess can be easily removed from the surface. The silicone sealant is chemically neutral, so it is compatible with seals of other materials. It does not contain aggressive acids and solvents, does not lead to corrosion, it suits for sealing the electrical connectors or sensors. Resistant to oils and coolants, acid and alkaline environments.

Method of application:
Please remove the old sealant, moisture, oil and dirt from the surfaces being connected, and properly degrease them.
Pierce the tube plug with the reverse side of the cap and put on the nozzle. Cut the nozzle to the required size.
Apply the sealant to one of the surfaces being joined around the perimeter and around the assembly holes.
Connect the surfaces 2-3 minutes after application, and assemble the part.
Setting time is 10 minutes; curing time is 12-14 hours; full polymerization time is 24 hours.
After use, remove the nozzle from the tube and close it with the cap. Remove the cured silicone from the nozzle.
Ingredients: Polydimethylsiloxane >30%. Dimethicone 5-15%. Silica (microcrystalline silicon dioxide) 5-15%. Methyltris (methylethylketoxime) silane 5-15%. Vinyltris (methyethylketoximine) silane <5%. Aminopropyltriethoxysilane <5%.
