Masuma® is one of the world's largest brands of spare parts. The main specialization of the brand: resource parts for post-warranty service of Japanese cars. Today, under the Masuma® brand, more than 45 product groups and more than 10,000 spare parts are produced. The mission of Masuma® is to give Japanese car owners reliable parts for post-warranty repairs and these parts should be less expensive than the original ones
Today Masuma® independently designs spare parts, develops production technologies, and adapts spare parts for local markets. All this is realized thanks to our own engineering base and our own full-cycle factories producing key product groups: chassis components and brake pads.

Masuma's goal is to offer car owners spare parts that last at least 15% longer than their competitors. This is why we always use reliable engineering solutions, high-quality materials and modern processing technologies. Each part is subjected to obligatory tests in heat chambers, vibration stands and other test installations, where real-life operation conditions and the impact of external environment are simulated
Low Scrapt rate
Possible defects are detected at three-stage quality control: at the production stage, at the stage of testing ready-to go batches and at the distributor level.
Masuma's quality control system is ISO-9001 certified and provides one of the lowest scrap rates in the industry: just 0.09%.

Do you have my product in stock?
On each individual product page there is a stock level indicator to show what is available. We do not display out of stock items. If you have seen something on our site and can no longer find it, or have ordered the item in the past, it’s always worth a phone call to find out when new stock will be arriving.
Do you deliver the Next Day?
We do! – Many of our products qualify for Next Day Delivery. In addition, we use a brilliant courier service who can send you a 1 hour delivery notification on the morning of your delivery as well as a ‘You’re Next’ message when the driver is one delivery away!

What delivery options do you offer?
On many of our tools. we have a few different delivery options to help you get your parcel whenever it’s convenient for you. We offer Next Day on many tools and 2 additional premium delivery services : one is “Next Day Delivery before 10.30am” and the other is “Saturday Delivery.”
You can make your selection of delivery at checkout. For most of our deliveries we require a signature to ensure they arrive safely. Please ensure someone is available at your work or home to take in the delivery.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email to the email address provided – it is important to provide us with an email address as this can be the quickest and most efficient way of us contacting you.
